In what can only be described as a sweeping unilateral decision, Governor Lynch recently signed the State of New Hampshire onto an international declaration aimed at engaging New Hampshire in a United Nations led effort to enact global policies on “climate change” on the state level.
As reported in the California Imperial Valley News on Saturday, October 3rd, Governor Lynch, as part of the Governor’s Global Climate Summit 2, signed onto a United Nations led declaration, that among other things resolves to: ”support national climate change legislation, acknowledge the need for adaptation efforts and recognize the role of subnational governments in the discussions on the next global climate agreement being negotiated in Copenhagen this December.”
“California’s advocacy for progressive states and provinces led to the drafting of language recognizing the important role of subnational governments. The term “subnational” is now referenced more than 100 times in the official negotiating text for Copenhagen as a result of the partnerships created and strengthened at the summit. Up to 50 to 80 percent of actions needed to reach the UN climate goals will be implemented at the state and local levels.
“We believe that the United States must enact comprehensive climate change legislation during the current session of the U.S. Congress in order to put the world on a path to greenhouse gas stabilization.”
“Supporting the use of finance mechanisms to address global warming.”
Finally, the sweeping declaration ends with this:
Oh Really? Did you know that you’ve now signed on as partner with the United Nations to work on global climate change courtesy of Governor Lynch?
Call the Governor TODAY at 271-2121 and ask to know why he did not consult with the people or even the legislature before he took it upon himself to sign an international document defining New Hampshire’s role in the fight against “global warming.” ALSO, send the Governor an email HERE!
Finally, be sure to contact your REPS. and Senator (HERE) and ask that they demand accountability from Governor Lynch for advocating policies that should be decided by the legislature!

I just read your article about what Governor Lynch has done in committing NH to be a part of the awful hoax that I think Global Warming and Climate Change is!
He is doing this to get to Washington. He signed the Gay marriage bill into law because of outside funding coming in to help him run for Congress.
Governor Lynch shows a complete lack of integrity first by changing his mind on how he felt marriage should be between one man and one woman and now cuddling up to Obama via Copenhagen in order to make getting to Washington and Nancy pelosi a breeze.
He had no business volunteering NH, one of natures already most beautiful states to CAP and TRADE. That’s what this is. Here in NH we have high taxes already through our property taxes. and nearly 30 hidden taxes that have been passed into law since this term. We have no new businesses coming in droves to NH, there are not even enough jobs to pay enough to keep people from working in MA. Isn’t it the Governors responsibility to bring jobs to our state?? If he thinks Green jbs are going to happen because of this move ajoining NH with the UN if won’t permanently not even Obama has created any Green jbs yet.
We pay for the schools and we don’t even have children in school for the past 17 years.
This Climate change bill has not even gone to the Senate of the USA yet; what gives him the right to make a decision without going through the proper channels of our Federal and State governments?
Am I mad…You bet!! Do we feel like it’s time to leave NH…We’re thinkin’ about it. I moved here from CA when my husband, who is from here, got transferred back here. NH is not the same state we moved back to 17 years ago. Sadly, the progressives and liberals seem to know what is best for

Global warming/global climate change is nothing more that a distraction for global governance to take root and gain legitimacy. Globalists like George Soros and traiterous scum like Al Gore have either stock in; or own companies set up as mutual fund style clearing houses to buy and sell cap n’ trade credits and profit immensely from this. Trhis is an unacceptable burden when global warming proved WRONG and they’re still hoping to capitalize on the emotions of the unedeucated masses . For the NH state governor to pander to this nonsense affirms the need to depose him and his progressive liberal-fascist filth cronies perpetrating ever higher taxes upon us and now schemes like this!!!
